The Eccentric Tip Rigid Pack syringe is easy to activate as well as requires little to no training to use. You need tools whose design puts both you and your patients at ease. The polypropylene barrel features bold graduations in order to make it easy to read. Both the piston and the barrel do not contain natural rubber latex. Rigid pack means that these sterile syringes are individually packaged in hard cases rather than just a sealed bag.
This particular style is an Eccentric Tip Piston Syringe. These tips are used when injecting really close to the skin. The tip of the syringe is off-center in order to get the tip at a tighter angle to the surface of the skin. The tips is still a luer slip even though it sits to the side of the barrel. These tips are versatile and are capable of injecting into veins on the surface of the skin without penetrating both vascular walls on the vein.
