The Catheter Tip Rigid Pack syringe is easy to activate as well as requires little to no training to use. You need tools whose design puts both you and your patients at ease. The polypropylene barrel features bold graduations in order to make it easy to read. Both the piston and the barrel do not contain natural rubber latex. Rigid pack means that these sterile syringes are individually packaged in hard cases rather than just a sealed bag.
This particular tip is a catheter tip. The tip of the syringe is a little longer than the regular luer slip styles. These tips specialize in injecting through tubing or when a regular luer slip tip needle is larger than the standard tip. The long tapered tip provides a tight seal around the tubing. These types of syringes are mostly used for cleaning catheters as well as gastronomy tubes. You may also notice that they are effective in cleaning other devices and wound irrigation.
